I started using paygo this summer and it is the most amazing system.i honestly had a great experiance using this system and their support team always got back to me via email or by phone please give this system a try before forming an opinion based off these reviews, because I almost did that and I am so glad I tried it out first dispite the reviews I saw on this page at the time. Its scaleable so you can run 1 store or 20 stores and still have controll over your whole business without the need for expensive servers. The cloud is the way of the future.

My paygo service lapsed. I was already so unhappy with my service and the terrible software I as left with a dicession. Pay their supper pricey yearly it support of 1500.00 or by quickbooks that does not impose a mandatory service charge and has over all loer fees by more than half.

It was a tough decision. It meant I was going to loose lal my data, because without paying...paygo would not reinstall my software that was completely down. Another thing I found out through this...is if you dont pay the 1500 a year...you are not allowed to use the software. So you actually don't really on it. You have no way to do your own it as they don't give you access to an installer cd and you must be connected through their server. Also you have to use their web service which is 79.00 a month and only gives you 1 gig of space to store your data. Regula hosting at say godaddy is like 39 a year and you get like 50 gigs of memory. I mean you do the math on how much more expensive that is. All of this stacked up to my already horrible experience with them. I mean when I voiced my frustrations the support team told me I was just being a brat that wasn't getting her way. When I asked for an answer about why they were so much more expensive and offered so little...in a monotone voice they just iterated that they had quality service. SOmething I never experienced.

Long story short I lost three years of data. I could not give them another dime. Just to pull my info off. And I went with quickbooks. As much of a pain it has been I feel relieved to finally be free of this company. It has been the biggest emotional and financial drain that I have came across in running my business. beware and stay away.

My best advice would be to thoroughly read all the reviews and comments form customers before choosing a POS software. A web based software is the most versatile and offers a variety of options. I would start looking in that direction before investigating a software program that needs to be installed throughout your retail establishment.

I am currently using Paygo saas version of the software along with a shopping cart for the online store. So far I have not had any major issues and anything I do have questions about seemed to get answers right away. If not in an email they will connect to my computer and walk me through it. In most cases it has been something I am goofing up on. Any shoppers on the web are able to place an order and it goes right into my system. I love the fact that I can open it from anywhere and be connected to my inventory. I can install it on as many windows or mac computers as I want wherever I want.

In no way have I had any support issues that were not taken care of right away. I am not sure what experiences others have had but mine have been nothing but positive. This is the second system that I have used and after a lot of shopping around I am glad I found this one. The simplicity of the software and the level of commitment they show to support me make it so worry free. I am very impressed how user friendly they have made everything.

They seem to be constantly adding new features to the software with no upgrade fees so it keeps getting better and better. The best part is the upgrades don’t happen on my computer. They are just there the next time I log in.

I have never taken the time to write a review In favor of a product but as I read some of the other users reviews I felt I needed to share my experience with anybody looking for a new worry free pos software.

I've had a great experience with PayGo SaaS. It was easy to learn and has been very dependable. I felt working with the company to be pleasant. Also, I had read a few reviews and did get worried. I decided to check the BBB (Better Business Bureau) and found that they were accredited and had an A+ rating. My warning would be don't believe everything you read... investigate for yourself. After all, I've been in retail a long time and there is always that small group of customers who will NEVER be happy.

It's gotten so bad that I have decided to just scrap it and buy a new pos system. which surprisingly is cheaper to do then pay their yearly dues for lack of customer service and poor hosting of my website.

We appreciate you telling us about your experience with the company. Customer service should always be the number one concern with any company. We wish you the best of luck.
