Proned to too many database errors. Missing items on customer bills, constant lockups. Tech support main language seems to be spanish and slow response time for a $700. USD annual price tag. Tried the software over wireless .. problems occured with database.. changed to hardwired 10/100 ethernet and same problems occur. Ran a test lab on the software using a cross-over cable for networking between two systems and the database still seems to get damaged. You won’t find these errors occuring with a new database, once the database begins to get large over a couple of months .. approximately 4 – 6 months that is when everything starts to go downhill. Bottom line, this software has serious problems with database integerity. We have the 4 user license and dare not use more than 2 workstations in order to reduce the problems associated with it’s databases. Only solution left is to keep reloading the database from a backup until you can find a better solution or until you get your money’s worth. At this point, forget about history and inventory etc etc.. Currently we just use it as a cash register in the meantime!
is KreaPOS point of sales system compatible with Windows 7?
i installed it and when i try to open the software, an error shows up saying EXITING APPLICATION.
