My company has been on Everest for several years now. The company nearly failed a couple of years ago, but was purchased by another company at that time. The new company started charging us over $14,000 per year for maintenance fees with the promise of big improvements in future releases. The support is miserable. The existing version is painfully slow taking over a minute to print an Invoice. Just found out today that they have a new version of the software that is up to 6 times faster, FINALLY. But wait - UNBELIEVABLY they are classifying this as an upgraded version that you must pay more for!!!

Run. Run as far and as fast as you can from this company.

We purchased Everest in 2006. Everest provided extremely poor service and support and they were way behind on updating their software, but continued to charge us exhorbitant annual support fees while providing no support. When we insisted on getting support for the money we were paying, they suggested we go elsewhere. We used this system for 4 years and had serious trouble with it.
