Pure.............Garbage. They sell you on all these features but don't tell you until you actually try to USE them that they are custom applications. Useless customer service. The daily crashes are no exaggeration. Do yourself a favor and keep shopping.

Radiant likes to list all of their great features, but when you spend your money, you find out that a lot of these features just don't work.
Reports that don't have information you can read, because they designed there forms the wrong size, but for a price they will be glad to attempt to fix them for you.
If you will pay them more money, they will be glad to attempt to fix their mistakes, WHAT A GREAT GIMMICK.

The Counterpoint SQL software is a two star for me. It seems to crash daily on simple P.O.S. sales with non repeatable problems. This makes it difficult to fix when the problem can not be re-produced. It does have some excellent reporting with one custom report that we needed to have made for it. The biggest problem is with Radiant themselves.. They list features on there own web-site that have actually been removed from the product with a so called service pack update.
