I would not recommend this POS system to anyone looking for a system where reporting and speed is needed. I would also caution that anyone looking into this company should consider the poor support that you will receive. There are many strong POS systems out there, such as RetailPro, that will offer you much better support and abilities. Celerant’s customer service abilities are some of the worst in the business.

I wholly agree with John’s comment. Reporting within Celerant Command is a nightmare. The customer service is among the worst I’ve ever encountered in any form. The reps are standoffish, sometimes rude and always helpless. It is truly a battle doing business using this software, and I can’t wait until my company gets away from it.
Avoid at all costs or you’ll sincerely regret it.
