There was a flaw in the software I purchased impacting a small but, for my business, critic function. I have spent more than 20 hours over four days on the phone (mostly waiting; for example, on a Sunday, I waited for 4 hours for an utterly useless tech support rep.) and still have not received a solution to my problem. I have paid for a technical support package, but these guys have utterly no interest in help me. I would only recommend this product to my worst enemy or to a fierce competitor.
